The high quality evident throughout the Villa Cortez project is in every sense a reflection of its valued Team members. Each contributes a wealth of expertise gleaned from years of leadership in the development industry.

Mr. Letourneau graduated from the University of Alberta in 1973 with a business degree. He possesses more than 30 years of management experience including extensive expertise in the areas of finance, accounting, sales and marketing. Mr. Letourneau entered the real estate development industry in 1994 with the marketing of numerous properties in Arizona and southern California with a major Phoenix developer. Projects included a variety of condominium conversions, new apartment construction, second home, retirement oriented properties and an assortment of commercial properties within the Phoenix metro area and Southern California. He has extensive real estate experience in Mexico including the acquisition and disposition of over 45,000 acres of beachfront property. David is the driving force behind the sales and marketing effort for the Villa Cortez.

Ben Aguilera has an extensive background in corporate, international and securities law. He has represented corporations and individuals in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Ben has represented corporations in securities transactions involving public and private sales of securities and reporting to the SEC and the exchanges.

His international experience includes representing clients in transactions and issues regulated by NAFTA and other treaties and programs between the U.S. and Mexico; cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including both stock and asset transactions; formation of joint ventures; incorporation of subsidiaries; acquisition, financing, development, and selling of resorts and commercial and residential real estate developments; negotiation of international manufacturing, licensing, and distribution agreements; and representation of a trust fund by the Mexican state government to support exports by small and medium-sized businesses.

Ben was born and raised in Mexico. He graduated from college and practiced public accounting in Mexico before he was admitted to practice law in Arizona (Texas Tech Law School). Ben is also a licensed C.P.A. in Arizona and Mexico.
